Sharir Rachana :
Sharir Rachana being one of the fundamental departments of first year curriculum, emphasizes on understanding of human body through theoretical explanation and practical observation through cadaveric dissection. Ayurvedic principles of Sharir like manas, atma, marma, kala etc are also taught in depth. To be a good ayurvedic physician one must understand the founts of Sharir Rachana (anatomy) and Sharir Kriya (physiology). Functional necessity is the cause of structural innovation. The department trains the students in all branches of Human Anatomy using traditional and innovative methods. The facilities meet all the requirements of undergraduate.
